A custom live edge Parota bar table, commissioned to live behind a sectional in a basement gathering space. Built with a matching live edge backsplash, the slab runs the full length of the seating below.

Hand-fabricated steel base, powder coated black to recede beneath the wood. Finished with a satin 2K polyurethane that protects the surface without softening the grain.

Parota: Costa Rica's most prized slab species, known for the deep amber and copper figure that runs through every cut.
